Umrah & Group Ticketing Portal - B2B Dashboard

Project Overview

The **Umrah & Group Ticketing Portal** is a production-ready, full-stack B2B travel technology solution developed to streamline group flight inventories and religious tourism packaging. The ecosystem is engineered to support platform operators, sub-agents, and public visitors under a single backend API.

Connecting three separate user-portals, the platform unifies self-managed group inventories with third-party supplier data, integrates automated wallet payments, and calculates live hotel rates to produce instant, customizable quotations.

Multi-Portal Architecture

Three Portals, One Central Engine

1. Admin Portal

Used by platform operators to set group flights, manage agent wallets, approve bookings, and configure settings.

2. Agent Portal

Allows travel agencies to browse inventory, request blocks, upload payment receipts, and issue PNR tickets.

3. Public Frontend

A high-conversion marketing site featuring CMS-driven landing pages, hero CTAs, and service highlights.

Group Flight Inventory Management

Dynamic Flight Leg Routing

Supports one-way and return flights, direct or multi-segment transits, and specific operational fields like PNR, baggage allowance, meals, and payment time limits.

Per-Passenger Pricing

Separates pricing configurations into Adult, Child, and Infant categories. Supports independent buy and sell pricing thresholds, optimizing agent markups.

Targeted Agency Assignment

Allows administrators to restrict flight visibility. Groups can be assigned globally (publicly to all agents) or target selected agencies only.

Third-Party Aggregation

Aggregates external ticketing supplier inventories (such as Al Haider Travel) with local inventories, mapping entries into a unified B2B catalog.

Umrah Dynamic Hotel Price Matrix

Live Price Matrix Calculations

For return Umrah flights, the portal computes an automated hotel matrix crossing Makkah and Madinah hotel inventories, room categories (Double, Triple, Quad, Sharing), and seasonal rates.

  • Master Data Config: Multi-location hotel ratings, rooms, and live SAR buy/sell exchange rate adjustments.
  • Split Nights Ratio: Computes totals based on a configurable night allocation (defaulting to 60% Makkah and 40% Madinah).
  • Instant Conversion: Converts currency rates from Saudi Riyals (SAR) to Pakistani Rupees (PKR) dynamically (defaulting to 75 PKR/SAR).

Unified Wallet & Workflow Approvals

End-to-End Booking Lifecycle

The booking engine manages agency transaction requests, locking pricing rates while verifying ledger limits:

1. Block Reservation: Agent selects group flight, logs passengers, and inputs custom markup. Status becomes pending.
2. Operator Review: Admin verifies booking legitimacy and approves/rejects the seat reservation.
3. Multi-Method Settlement: Agent pays instantly via B2B agency wallet, or uploads bank transfer receipts for admin validation.
4. PNR Ticketing: Upon validation, booking is marked as paid and ticketed, logging PNR codes and individual passenger tickets.
