Project Overview
DevHubX delivered a production-grade B2B agent portal that gives travel agencies and sub-agents real-time access to global flight inventory through multiple API providers.
The platform covers the full booking lifecycle — search, fare rules, checkout, PNR creation, ticketing, void/cancel, and reporting — with agency-level markup rules, credit control, and role-based access. DevHubX engineered it as a scalable, white-label-ready solution.
The system supports multi-agency operations with sub-agent accounts, credit limits, ledger integration, and granular permissions. Admins can control which APIs each agency uses, configure airline discounts, route restrictions, and NDC settings, and monitor bookings through dashboards, manifests, activity logs, and error tracking.
